Our 6^th Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 24 June 2013 at 7.00pm at the The Deepdale Labour Club, Skeffington Road, Preston.

The Agenda :-

1. Receive a report of the activities of the Club over the previous year;
2. Receive a report of the Club’s finances over the previous year;
3. Elect the members of the Club Committee;
4. Consider advised any other business

Nominations for election of members as Club Officers or as members of the Club Committee should be sent in writing or by e-mail to Club Secretary with a proposer and seconder, both of whom must be existing members of the Club, no later than Monday 3 June 2013.
