Academy Juniors 0-1 PNE

It is now four wins out of four for the U16’s after a hard fought victory against last year’s league champions Academy juniors. The only goal of the game came midway through the second half when Preston’s dangerous centre forward Emma Hickson calmly headed home from Elisha Houghton’s corner kick. Credit to Academy for their performance, they always looked dangerous in possession and pushed PNE all the way to the final whistle. The U16’s will be hoping to continue their good league form away against a strong Burscough side this weekend
