Our Club AGM will be held on Monday 27th June 2016 at 7pm at Deepdale Labour Club.

Nominations for election of members as Club Officers or as members of the Club Committee shall be made in writing by the proposer and seconder, both of whom must be existing members of the Club to the Club Secretary not less than 21 days before the AGM.

Notice of any resolution to be proposed at the AGM hall be given in writing to the Club Secretary not less than 21 days before the meeting.  [6 June 2016 is deadline]

The Club Committee shall consist of the following Club Officers:

Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, Minutes Secretary, Club Welfare Officer, Technical Director, Marketing and PR Manager, Commercial and Fund Raising Manager, Coach Liaison Officer and up to one member for each team, elected at an Annual General Meeting.

We therefore have vacancies for Vice Chairperson, Minutes Secretary and Commercial and Fund Raising Manager.

Should you wish to be considered for one of these positions, or even just like to get more involved with our Club. then please let your Manager or a member of the committee (Muriel, Mark, Linda or Helen) know as soon as possible.
