We are pleased to announce that our U13’s will have the chance to train and play against an U13’s side from Finland this week!
The team Siilinjarven Palloseura, or SiPS is a football club from Siilinjarvi, Finland. Originally formed in 1974, they have 100 registered women/girls playing for them, with a Women’s 1st team, U18’s, U14’s U13’s U11’s, U10’s and U9’s.
SiPS will be training with our U13’s on Thursday 16th October and then play a friendly on Saturday 18th October at Uclan Sports Arena. KO 10.30am. Please come down and support your Club!
The Finland party is 13 girls and 3 adults and they are in Preston for 4 days, intending to go to the PNE V Port Vale game at Deepdale on the afternoon of 18th October.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our U13’s and a great chance for the Club to forge links with international teams!
